TASK
Nope, I didn’t try to reproduce Pink Floyd’s album cover art. I was asked to create a photo representing photonics. The set-up is a courtesy of Andrew Ellis, Professor of Optical Communications and represents light-based data transfer issues ans solutions.
PROCESS
Apparently light beams are not easy to catch with a camera. In order to take these photos, we had to turn a couple of desks upside down and build a barricade protecting the set up from external light. Definitely enjoyed this unusual for me photo experience.
